Yu Weidong

Lawyer Yu Weidong, male, Han nationality, postgraduate degree, Master of Civil and Commercial Law of China University of Political Science and Law, Master of Business Administration of China Academy of Social Sciences, has been engaged in legal work since 2007. Laywer Yu is currently the deputy director of Beijing Aobei Law Firm, senior partner.

Laywer Yu focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, corporate governance, special and perennial legal counsel, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. In the litigation business, Laywer Yu has undertaken many difficult and complicated cases with good legal theory and practical experience. Some difficult cases have been reconsidered at the retrial stage, effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the parties.

Laywer Yu also has mature experience in serving as corporate perennial legal counsel. In the meantime, with his professional background in law and management, Laywer Yu can provide effective legal advice in the design of corporate equity structure, establishment of risk prevention and control system, corporate strategic management, and design of equity incentive plan, so that enterprises can maximize to avoid risks and achieve their own market value.

Laywer Yu is currently the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Beijing Jiangsu Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, the Director of the Commercial Law Research Association of the China Law Society, the Member of the Administrative and Government Legal Advisory Business Research Association of the Beijing Chaoyang District Bar Association, and the Member of the Commercial and Economic Business Research Association of the Beijing Chaoyang District Bar Association. Member of the Legal Services Working Group of the Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, including “Safety Technology for Construction Construction” (Civil Construction), “Safety Laws and Regulations for Construction Engineering”, “Safety Production Technology for Construction Construction” (Machinery), “Construction Engineering safety production management, “Building construction safety production technology” (main person in charge of the company, project leader) and other professional works.
