Bao Jie

Mr. Bao, senior partner and chief lawyer of Beijing Aobei Law Firm, graduated from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and Peking University Law Institute. He is a Bachelor of law, Master of Civil and Commercial Law, Master of Science and exchange Scholar of Stanford University and Harvard University.

He is also Member of the China Democratic National Construction Association, invited investigator of Beijing Social Situation and Public Interests. He Applied successfully for being a practical lawyer in Beijing after passed and obtained legal professional qualifications, and his practical license number: 11101200510573680.

He is Member of All China Lawyers Association, and Beijing Lawyers Association. Meanwhile he is also a invited lawyer for CCTV’s “Economic Half-hour” column, and special correspondent for Hong Kong “Global Economic Herald”.

In 2001, he passed the qualification certification of independent directors of listed companies of the China Securities Regulatory Commission(CSRC)and became the first specialist on company law with the qualifications of independent directors of listed companies.
